About
Events Curator and Cultural Programmes Director with ten years of experience designing cultural programmes and events that resonate with emerging, creative audiences across London.
I care deeply about fantastic spaces that foster a community which is why the majority of my experience has been across the ever-changing hospitality landscape weather that’s working for boutique hotels, restaurant groups or mixed-use property developments. I am naturally excited by new ways of living, working, and 'playing' and the ever blurring lines of these three worlds for many working across the creative industries and start-up sector.
Previous roles include defining a programme of over 50 events per month, giving shape to events from across the creative industries and enterprise sectors for Soho House and Co, establishing long-term partnerships with major brands as well shining light on new producers as part of my previous role with Bompas & Parr, and leading a team as Head of Events at The Collective. I have also worked independently as a freelancer which means I actively understand on a macro and personal level the challenges of being an entrepreneur, ‘the hustle’ as well as working in a traditional business structure.
In my downtime I am keen to develop myself personally through courses, training and life coaching or by giving back to my local community by supporting as a volunteer on a number of charitable boards, mentoring others trying to crack the events industry or supporting by offering my skills to students at universities through ad-hoc lecturing or being a part of talks and panel discussions.
